These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Squirrelli website, booking inquiry workflow, talent and event activation services, and all related communications. Please read them carefully before submitting any inquiry or engaging our services.
Effective Date: June 25, 2026. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Squirrelli ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website, submitting a booking inquiry, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your access to or use of this website, or your submission of a booking inquiry through our booking form or by any other means of communication, constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or submit any inquiry.
These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, and clients who access or use this website or engage Squirrelli for any service. These Terms do not replace or supersede any written service agreement entered into separately between you and Squirrelli for a specific engagement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a written service agreement, the written service agreement governs with respect to that specific engagement.
2. Eligibility
To use this website and submit a booking inquiry, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all inquiries, communications, and any subsequent service agreements.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
By submitting an inquiry, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements stated above.
3. Description of Services
Squirrelli is a talent and event activation agency operating across Los Angeles and Las Vegas. We provide the following professional services to brands, businesses, and private clients:
- Hire Models: Brand ambassadors and promotional models for activations, events, launches, and experiential marketing.
- UGC Creators: User-generated content creators for social media campaigns and branded content production.
- Event Staffing & Atmosphere: Professional hospitality staff and atmosphere talent for brand events, venue openings, and private functions.
- Trade Show Talent: Skilled promotional talent for trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Yacht & Luxury Activations: High-end talent and staffing for private yacht events and luxury brand activations.
- DJ Squirrelli: Professional DJ services for events, venues, and private functions.
All services are subject to availability. Squirrelli reserves the right to decline any inquiry or engagement at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
This website does not constitute an offer to perform services. An engagement is not confirmed until a written service agreement is executed between you and Squirrelli.
4. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service inquiries. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the website.
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this website or its underlying systems.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from this website through automated means without our prior written consent.
- Use this website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or re-sell any part of this website in violation of these Terms.

5. Booking Requests and Inquiries
The booking form on this website is an inquiry tool only. Submission of a booking request does not create a confirmed booking, a reservation of any talent, a contract, or any obligation on the part of Squirrelli to provide services.
When you submit a booking inquiry, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details, event date, location, and service requirements.
- Respond to follow-up communications from Squirrelli in a timely manner.
- Not misrepresent the nature, scale, or purpose of your event.
Squirrelli will review your inquiry and contact you to discuss your requirements. A confirmed engagement requires a separate written service agreement and any required deposit or payment as outlined in that agreement.
6. Service Agreements and Payments
All confirmed engagements are governed by a written service agreement executed between you and Squirrelli. That agreement will set out the specific services, pricing, payment schedule, and any applicable deposit requirements for your engagement.
Unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement:
- Pricing is provided on a per-engagement basis following receipt and review of your inquiry.
- Squirrelli does not publish fixed service rates on this website. All pricing is subject to the nature, scale, and logistics of the specific engagement.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all payment obligations set out in your service agreement are met in full and on time.
- Applicable taxes, gratuities, travel costs, or other fees will be outlined in the service agreement where relevant.
7. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation and modification terms for confirmed engagements are governed by the written service agreement for that engagement. You should review those terms carefully before executing any service agreement.
In the absence of a specific written service agreement, or prior to execution of one, Squirrelli is not obligated to hold, reserve, or allocate any talent or resources in connection with an unconfirmed inquiry.
Squirrelli reserves the right to cancel or modify a confirmed engagement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, injury, emergencies, venue inaccessibility, force majeure events, or other unforeseeable circumstances. In such cases, Squirrelli will make reasonable efforts to notify you and, where feasible, propose alternative arrangements.
8. Talent Availability and Substitution
Squirrelli operates as a talent and staffing agency. Talent provided by Squirrelli for any engagement are independent contractors or third-party professionals unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement.
Squirrelli does not guarantee the availability of any specific individual for any engagement. In the event that confirmed talent becomes unavailable due to illness, injury, scheduling conflict, or other circumstances, Squirrelli will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable substitute of equivalent skill and presentation. Squirrelli is not liable for unavailability of specific individuals where reasonable substitution has been offered.
All talent provided through Squirrelli are required to conduct themselves professionally and in accordance with the terms of their engagement. Squirrelli is not responsible for the independent actions or omissions of talent outside of the scope of an agreed engagement.
9. Client Responsibilities
As a client engaging Squirrelli for services, you are responsible for:
- Providing a safe, lawful, and professional environment for all talent and staff deployed by Squirrelli.
- Ensuring that the event venue and activities comply with all applicable laws, permits, and regulations.
- Providing accurate event information, including venue address, access instructions, timing, dress requirements, and any special instructions, in advance of the engagement.
- Ensuring that any third-party contractors, vendors, or guests at your event treat Squirrelli talent and staff with respect and professionalism.
- Notifying Squirrelli promptly of any changes to event logistics, venue, or timing that may affect the engagement.
Squirrelli reserves the right to withdraw talent from any engagement where the client has failed to meet these responsibilities or where the working environment is determined to be unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, graphics, case studies, and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to Squirrelli and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from this website without our prior express written permission.
The Squirrelli name, logo, and any associated marks are proprietary to Squirrelli. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or license to use our trademarks or brand assets.
Content you submit through the booking inquiry form (such as event descriptions or uploaded materials) remains your property, but you grant Squirrelli a limited, non-exclusive license to use that information solely for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry.
11. User-Submitted Content
If you submit content to Squirrelli through any means — including booking inquiry forms, email, or direct communication — you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to submit that content.
- The content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- The content is accurate and not misleading.
Squirrelli reserves the right to decline to engage with any inquiry or communication that contains unlawful, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.
12. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use this website or Squirrelli's services for any of the following purposes:
- Any illegal activity or activity that facilitates the violation of applicable laws or regulations.
- Misrepresenting your identity, your organization, or the nature of your event.
- Soliciting or attempting to directly engage Squirrelli talent outside of an authorized engagement or without Squirrelli's involvement, during the term of and for a period of twelve (12) months following any engagement.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in discriminatory conduct toward any Squirrelli staff, talent, or representatives.
- Using content, imagery, or materials from this website for commercial purposes without authorization.
- Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading inquiries or booking requests.
13. Case Studies and Testimonials
This website may feature case studies, project highlights, client logos, and testimonials. These are provided for illustrative purposes only. Past performance on any engagement does not guarantee equivalent outcomes, results, or experiences for future engagements.
Client logos and brand names are displayed to represent prior professional relationships. Their presence on this website does not imply endorsement of Squirrelli by those clients unless expressly stated.
Any testimonials or reviews featured on this website reflect the experiences of specific clients. Individual results and experiences will vary based on the nature and scope of each engagement.
14. Third-Party Links and Tools
This website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. Squirrelli does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Squirrelli and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this website or our services.
- Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
- Any damages arising from the acts or omissions of individual talent or staff beyond the scope of the confirmed service agreement.
- Any disruption to or cancellation of an event caused by circumstances beyond Squirrelli's reasonable control.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data submitted through the booking inquiry form.
In no event shall Squirrelli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services exceed the amount actually paid by you to Squirrelli in connection with the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Squirrelli and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of this website or our services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Your failure to provide a safe and lawful environment for talent or staff at any engagement.
- Any content you submit to Squirrelli that infringes the rights of a third party.
18. Termination
Squirrelli reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any inquiry, communication, or engagement at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you have violated these Terms, provided false or misleading information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if Squirrelli determines that continuing the relationship is not appropriate for any lawful reason.
Termination of access to this website does not affect any obligations that arose prior to termination, including any payment obligations under a written service agreement.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through direct communication. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
20. Changes to These Terms
Squirrelli reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of this website following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you have an active written service agreement with Squirrelli, the terms of that agreement remain in effect for that engagement regardless of changes to these Terms.
